I tried what you told me, but it doesn't seem to work, when I take off
both networks layers (for the bond), the resource doesn't migrate.
Did you disconnect the node from the cluster, taking all network down?
If so, it is completely different matter. Ping check is not suitable for
this case.
Diagnosis would be possible, if you showed complete config and logs.
