Note the hash after the version number. If you search for that hash at http://hg.clusterlabs.org/pacemaker/stable-1.0/ and poke around a bit you'll find it's the commit two commits *before* the one that actually updated the version number to 1.0.10. So, yes, you do have version 1.0.10.
