Unfortunately I was unable to complete a new 1.0 release before leaving for the Plumbers conference this week.
The normal rounds of testing were completed on Friday however I noticed an anomaly in the way master/slave resources are being allocated. When combined with updates to the promotion scores, the cluster was effectively unable to make any progress for some minutes. Sorry for the delay, I hope to sort it out shortly after I return.
