openais or corosync have nothing to do with stonith plugins. /etc/ha.d/ha.cf is used by Heartbeat and while it may be used for stonith configuration it is usually not the case. stonith plugins are in /usr/lib/stonith/plugins (or /usr/lib64) and in the external subdirectory.
