Hello, I found a way out.... I just installed all dependent packages for pacemaker via
apt-get build-dep pacemaker It installed all heartbeat-dev and its libs and also corosync and ais packages. But I plan to use heartbeat-pacenaker combination.. I think it may not cause an issue..
