I don't maintain the packages there anymore.
I find the build service far too slow and unreliable to use.

I'd recommend reading the updated installation instructions at
http://www.clusterlabs.org/wiki/Install which reference packages at
http://www.clusterlabs.org/rpm/

You can configure that address as a rpm repository to work with yum.

wget -O /etc/yum.repos.d/pacemaker.repo 
http://clusterlabs.org/rpm/fedora-11/clusterlabs.repo
