Thanks for your reply Lars, I was pretty sure that start-delay was just a workaround and not a fix, but it looks like a "not waiting long enough" problem. In fact, after searching for a while I found this bug on debian init script:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=556533 After applying the patch, my 2 nodes cluster works perfect and no more split brain after reboot nor errors at log files. Thank you very much for your help. Best regards, Andres
