I'm finding SLES 11 HAE to work fine in ESX. The GUI install and X don't work too well in the ESX console, if you move the mouse too quick it gets stuck up the corner and strange things like that so it makes the install a pain to have to tab between fields for everything. Apart from that the normal running is fine.
