Hi Farhan, The process starts with a developer sending patches to the mailing list as per: https://docs.openvswitch.org/en/latest/internals/contributing/submitting-patches/ Then, others comment on the patches asking for clarification or requesting changes. You can see thousands of examples of such interactions in the mailing list archives: https://mail.openvswitch.org/pipermail/ovs-dev/ As per the timelines, it depends on the patch, its size, complexity and whether there are lots of comments, redesign requests, etc. Thanks.
