Hi Gavin, we are seeing a similar message in a setup where we have multiple distinct subnets configured on our default gateway (a phyiscal switch). If ovn then sends a packet from an ip in one of the subnets to an ip in another of these subnets it will send it to the default gateway which in turn will forward it directly. The default gateway also seems to send this ICMP Redirect that you are seeing as well. It seems like there is no handling in ovn for such packets.
However this message (at least for us) does not impact functionality in any way, since the default gateway will continue to forwards packets.
