Hi, I am a novice regarding OVN. I need some explanation regarding the OVN man page.
Under the section "Distributed Gateway ports", the following is quoted: *"The naive ‘‘fix’’ of allowing east-west traffic to flow directly between chassis over LN1 does not work because routing sets the Ethernet source address to LR1’s source address."* Can someone please explain to me why the east-west traffic flow over LN1 doesn't work ? What is the author talking about exactly? Thanks Kumar
