Hello,

I'm new to the list so I apologize if I missed this in the archives
but will OVS 2.16.x be the first release to officially support Linux
5.10? Is there an approximate date for 5.10 support?

Hello Don,

Building of the Linux kernel module from the OVS source tree is
deprecated and limited to 5.8 and lower. For Linux releases
> 5.8 you can use the Linux kerne's built-in openvwitch kernel
module.

Of course, the user side code runs on just about any Linux
distro as long as they're not too ancient.
