I forgot to explain that we use the database or our SuiteCRM as the customer backend. Nor sure if this is important...

When making a reply to a customer's message, the mail address of the customer is encapsulated by HTML " tags like this: [cid:image001.png@01D00242.EC15C090] I am able to delete the mail address from the list and add it again, then I don't have any "quotes" in the mail address: [cid:image002.png@01D00242.EC15C090] Does anyone else have this issue?
