    My OTRS is 3.3.7,I have configured :
    
    Core::Admin Email 
    Core::Sendmail
    Core::NotificationSenderEmail
    System EmailAddress
 
    all above is the same mail_address.
    Now I can received the mail when customer and agent forgot the password.
    But I can not received the mail when customer or agent create new 
ticket,and otrs.log display:
