hiii how we disable username field(db field is login) in customer_user form in otrs system.
when i disable it file /otrs/Kernel/Config/Default.pm then submit the customer_user form without fill username field.not created customer user,and shown needed login! plz anybody help me. Thanks Piyush Mishra
