Hello Esteban, If you wan't to publish Dynamic Fields in Ticket Zoom look in Sysconfig for TicketZoom
Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketZoom###DynamicField There you can set your Dynamic Field Viewable. Also if you wan't to see them for example in the Queview Dashboard. Then you look for TicketOverview and in the corresponding section enable them.
