Hi, Sometimes it's quite hard to find the exact configuration options online for OTRS, especially when it comes to Notification Tags.
Like how to use dynamic fields as tags in notification. It may be written somewhere but I didn't find it. But from all he bits and pieces and two trials, here it is: <OTRS_TICKET_DynamicField_*> Where * is a ticket dynamicfield as desired.
