Hi everybody, me again. I found out what is causing the issue. The problem is running two otrs instances on the same apache server. I googled and found http://blog.otrs.org/2010/08/11/how-to-run-multiple-mod_perl-supported-otrs-on-a-single-host/ and http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/modperl/modperl/105230 . Unfortunatly I'm running an Apache-Prefork server on Debian Sarge and the +Parent-Solution is not working.
Does anyone has experiences with running two OTRS-Instances on a single Apache-Prefork-Server?
