On DashBoard, 

We need Counter of Total, Open, Close, New tickets.

 

And list of New/Open ticket may 15-20 per page. Is it possible? How to do?

 

Also:

When we create search template, is it possible to have a menu and list
inside that, that's visible to some Agent, or Admin.
