Log into OTRS as an administrator Click the admin tab Click the Generic Agent link in the System Administration section (on the right) Click the Add Job button on the left. Select each of 00,10,20,30,40, 50 at the top Click the triangle next to Ticket Filter to expand the ticket Filter options Highlight the priority for criteria Click the triangle next to Ticket Action to expand the Ticket Action options. Select the appropriate Service Level Agreement. Click Save at the bottom to save changes.
