we have published recently the ITSM-CIAttributeCollection for OTRS 3.1. Free download: http://www.cape-it.de/additional-modules.html Additionally, new version of KIX4OTRS 4.2 for OTRS 3.1 is available, too. What is new? The dynamic fields can be set in accordance with each other with unlimited depth and they are displayed as a neatly arranged tree in the Admin-GUI.
