Greetings OTRS Community-
While stating that I am an OOTERS newbie may suggest
that I actually know something, that is far from the facts. We are going
live today on our production server and I have no idea as to what the
outcome will be. So I am searching for someone (mentor) utilizing OTRS
in the Dallas (Texas) area that can share the experience. If you are out
