otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminSysConfig;Subaction=Edit;SysConfigSubGroup=Core%3A%3ASendmail;SysConfigGroup=Framework
and scroll down to SendmailBcc where it says "Sends all outgoing email
via bcc to the specified address. Please use this only for backup reasons".
