Hi Lars,

Can you please tell me what type of email clients and servers your
clients use, if possible? Part of this info is usually in the headers
of the emails they send. Can you share what version of OTRS 3 you're
running? And create a bug report on http://bugs.otrs.org with an
attachment of the source of the outgoing email? You can export this
via the "Plain Format" action on your article in the ticket zoom.
