Hi,
the software is the same, OTRS is completely open source, there exists
only one single edition. All users get the same features, but not the
same support, this is the difference.
You can choose between professional, commercial assistance or doing some
or all things by yourself. If you buy assistance you can choose between
several services like this "Enterprise Edition". Please use then
http://www.otrs.com/en/company/contact/ for questions regarding the details.
If you do all or some steps by yourself you can always ask the other
users (the community) if you have questions, this is the community
support. This mail here is community support since I'm not an OTRS

Please feel free to ask if you need more information, especially if you
don't know open source.
