Ok, I made some of the changes to the postmaster and fetchmail files in those directories, but it still isn't pulling POP3... I'm not sure what else I'm doing wrong. Please Advise.

Actually you can also set up processing email via procmail - http://doc.otrs.org/2.4/en/html/x1590.html#email-receiving-cmd . You'll need a bit more configuration for it but it will enable you to process mail immediately. You'll need to receive the mail on your OTRS box and then you can pipe it directly into OTRS. You should configure your existing mail server to bounce mail for OTRS to the OTRS machine.
