Does anyone know where I can change the OTS Logo in the printed stats
reports? I need to change the OTS logo by my client logo.
You can use the following variable:
$Self->{'PDF::LogoFile'} = '<OTRS_CONFIG_Home>/var/logo-otrs.png';

And where can I change the URL that appears in the bottom of the
report (http://yourhost.example.com/otrs/index.pl) ?
I'm not sure, but maybe its $Self->{'FQDN'} what you are looking for.
