Hello folks, can someone explane me the best way to set automatically a freetime-field at a value predefined as "now" + 3 days for a incoming new emailticket?
Maybe this can be done with a match-prefiltermodule, but I don't know how I can ensure that only for a new Ticket this value will be set? I have to ensure that the freetime-value would not get changed on a reply-mail for example.
