Hi there, My agents are still always asking for outlook features ...
For example, they need group address .... We have a ldap connection for customers, agents, internal generic mailboxes .... Agents would like to have a feature to make group of "customers" (can be internal addresses, generic mailboxes and so on). I know there is a company feature inside OTRS, but I don't think it will do the trick. (as we have a LDAP connection) Is there a way to make group of users ??? Many thanks ...
