Hi Mario, Considering the error message, what would you think? ;-) Some error messages in OTRS might not be the most user-friendly, but this one is in my opinion very complete and clear.
What you could do is checkout the HEAD branch from CVS and use that, but I'll have to state that you can only use that (and also beta3) for testing and/or development and NOT for production use. See this section of the Developer Manual for instructions on checking out from CVS.
