Are you using a W2K3 server? If not, which Windows machine are you using?
Windows XP SP2 with IIS 5.1 (IIS 5.0 didn't work)
It might be possible to get it working with an existing activeperl configuration but once I had it working with IIS 5.1 and the perl installed with OTRS I stopped then.
