Hi All ,
I keep on getting these error messages when running the cronjobs for
OTRS , is this a database problem or what?
DBI::db=HASH(0x9d89cb0)->disconnect invalidates 1 active statement
handle (either destroy statement handles or call finish on them before
disconnecting) at /opt/otrs/Kernel/System/DB.pm line 219, <PRODUCT> line 4.
This is when running crons :
$HOME/bin/GenericAgent.pl >> /dev/null
$HOME/bin/UnlockTickets.pl --timeout >> /dev/null
etc etc
