If it's linux , run the PostMasterPOP3.pl script ( /etc/otrs/bin) with the -f -d 2 option to see the output ex. /etc/otrs/bin/PostMasterPOP3.pl -f -d 2 I have also had some issues with it in the past hence I feel your frustration. Sometimes it's a malformed email , the PostMasterPOP3.pl just bombs out with some arb error.
