Does anyone know of any reason why OTRS 2.x would have issues if I
upgraded the SQL
backend to MySQL 5.x?
Is anyone using MySQL 5.x? I really need the "Views" feature of MySQL
5.x for advanced reporting and charting of the data in OTRS.
