No, that isn't possible yet. OTRS gets the mails from pop3 accounts or
directly from a mailserver and the mails are stored in the ticket
system. Replys of agents and customers are stored in the syme way too,
so all datas are stored in OTRS and not on a imap server, e.g.

It could become a future request, but it isn't easy to implement and
it'll take a lot of time :(.
