Hi Scott,
We disabled the blinking within AgentQueueView.pm.
Remove both occurrences of (approx line 495): -
# the oldest queue
if ($Queue{QueueID} == $QueueIDOfMaxAge) {
$QueueStrg .= "<blink>";
}
