I would use the customer stuff for this (of cource customers need to be in
the database or ldap).
-=> If you are in the PhoneView and you just have the name, click the
"Search Customer" button and a lookup will be done. -=> email + name
Anyway, if you still want to disable the email check use "$Self->{CheckMXRecord} = 0;"
in your Kernel/Config.pm.
