Hi, I would like to be able do ignore some email adresses, like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" (very nerving) and "MAILER-DAEMON@[MyDomain]" - It's really not needed to create a ticket for them... ;) Is there a way to do this?
The other thing, I have one Queue called "Spam" where I put all spam mails and the ones above. It's ab bit nerving that it's blinking and so on and there's too much in it to close every ticket... is there a way to simply hide that queue on top?
