Because people find nice to have a logo in your email signature, I have some tickets with more than 300 attachments... Most of them are repeated logos in mail signature... That's odd.

But for some reason, during dry-run, while checking "article_attachment" I got "died" and process ends... Do I need to increase process memory, change batch sizes, perhaps optimize the script somehow? I'm using OEL7 with unbreakable kernel with all updates. Perl interpreter is: v5.16.3 x86_64 The attachment_table has 19.3GB in size, with 249241 rows. So, our OTRS 5 system is the last one based on MySQL. Since we are facing some OS update issues, we decided it is time to move. I would like to know if there is a easy way to migrate data: for instance, can I bakcup (using otrs backup/restore scripts) on MySQL and restore on PostgreSQL? Or can you point me the tables that are more critical? I’ve tried to migrate using pgLoader (it is a breeze), but some contente show strange caracters after migration. I’ll appreciate your guidance or share your experience!
