Eher nein. Dieses Setting dürfte nur greifen, wenn es sich um das selbe OTRS-System handelt. Im OP handelt es sich aber nach meinem Verständnis um zwei verschiedene OTRS-Systeme, die sich miteinander „unterhalten“.
