Guten Tag, Leider habe ich aktuell ein Problem beim automatischen Import von E-Mails ins OTRS.
Umgebungsdetails: OTRS Appliance powerded by pascom.net / Aktuellste Version Angepasst wurden seit der Basisinstallation einige Parameter zur Individualisierung der Oberfläche sowie Agents, Anreden und automatische Antworten sowie POP3S Mailempfang. Zum Problem: Die E-Mails werden korrekt beim Exchange Server abgeholt und auch ins Spool Verzeichnis geladen. Jedoch nicht eingelesen. Ich habe das zuständige Script /var/otrs/bin/otrs.ReprocessMails.pl manuell ausgeführt, die Konsolenausgabe habe ich im Anhang eingefügt. Getestet habe ich schon mehrere Mails von verschiedenen Absendern. Die Mails haben nur einen kurzen Betreff und einen kurzen Inhalt. Auch die Einträge im syslog bringen mich leider nicht weiter. Hat eventuell jemand aus dieser Liste eine Vermutung oder Idee? Vielen Dank im Voraus. Freundliche Grüsse Marco Kälin
