Hallo OTRS-Community, hab jetzt meine ACL gelöscht und in Config.pm nochmals neu - Schritt für Schritt nach Anleitung in Admin-Handbuch - erstellt. Nun funktioniert sie, d.h. ich konnte den Schalter "Teilen" ausblenden.
Wozu sollen allerdings die Funktionen - Markieren (Action=AgentTicketZoom;Subaction=MarkAsImportant;TicketID=xx;ArticleID=xx) - Auf Notiz antworten (Action=AgentTicketNote;TicketID=xx;ReplyToArticle=xx) gut sein? Kann man dies "wegkonfigurieren"? Kann das jemand reproduzieren? Die ACLs muss ich aber hoffentlich nicht zuerst in den grafischen ACL-Editor importieren, damit sie funktionieren, oder?
