Guten Tag, gibt es eine Möglichkeit mit den Event Notifications auf Ereignisse in der CMDB zu reagieren? Beispielweise beim Anlegen eines neuen CI bzw. bei Änderung des Verwendungsstatus. Die Funktion gibt es wohl auch schon (evtl. ja nicht mehr) seit ITSM 2.0:
"Events: Implemented new ITSM-global Event module to create ability to react on CI events, as well as all kind of Change and Work Order events" http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/itsm-announce/2010.txt Entsprechende, CMDB bezogene Event Trigger finde ich aber leider nirgends im OTRS.
