Hallo,wenn man in OTRS ein neues Ticket erstellt (Tickets -> neues E-Mail-Ticket), dann ist das Signaturfeld nicht editierbar, was in manchen Situationen unpassend ist.
Ich wollte mal nachhaken, ob euch eine Möglichkeit einfällt, das zu ändern?
