Kann man zwei Authentifizierungsmethoden gleichzeitig laufen lassen DB und LDAP? Hintergrund dazu ist, wir setzen OTRS für interne Mitarbeiter die sich über LDAP authentifizieren über einen Single Sign On Dienst ein. Wir möchten aber unsere externen Kunden ebenfalls im Ticketing System aufnehmen, aber nur ungern für Sie einen AD Account erstellen für den Firmen Internen Single Sign On. Gibt es evtl. auch einen Workaround den ich nicht bedacht habe? Ich sehe in der Sysconfig, dass man mehrere Login Pages definieren kann, wäre damit eben diese Duale Nutzung möglich?
