So, das sollte man sich jetzt mal notieren. Debian installiert die Libs nach /var/lib/aspell/, OTRS sucht das Wörterbuch dann aber in /usr/lib/aspell/
Folgendes wars: cd /usr/lib/aspell/ ln -s /var/lib/aspell/deutsch . fertig.
