Hallo zusammen,
wir empfangen in OTRS Fehlermails aus unserer Software, bei denen es
vorkommen kann, das der Betreff länger als 255 Zeichen ist. Dort
bekommen wir dann folgende Fehlermeldung:

gibt es eine Möglichkeit, das wir Mails mit einem Betreff der länger ist
als 255 Zeichen in OTRS handeln können?
