Hallo, probieren Sie mal alles ab Cache dem Benutzer/Gruppe Apache zu übergeben.
Sprich chown -R apache:apache /opt/otrs/var/tmp/Cache/ Den Ordner "Cache" selbst aber wieder dem OTRS-Benutzer zu ordnen. Hin und wieder sind auch solche Files dabei: | | |-- [-rw-rw-r-- apache apache ] c5d4f9267... Inzwischen hab ich schon einiges an Permissions ausprobiert, allerdings hat keine Anpassung gefruchtet. Kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben, was es sein könnte? Bzw. einfach mal steif und fest behaupten welche Permissions korrekt sind?
