thank you for the initiative. Sounds like a good plan.
The desktop is ready. So only the screenhsot is needed.
It would be great to have the iso ready for FOSS4G 2025.

* Test RC1 (repeat with RC2 etc if needed)
* Publish the final iso
* Prepare the VM version
* Publish VM version
* Update website to point to 17.0
Please review the list and let me know if I am missing something.
Ideally we would like to have the final iso for the FOSS4G 2025 event.
