There is a list of new packages now available in our nightly ppa (and
UbuntuGIS unstable) for Noble:

The list includes backports from DebianGIS unstable (e.g. GDAL 3.9.1) as
well as some forward ported packages from Jammy (e.g. otb, pdal)
I will now focus on creating a base build for the iso so we can then
start working on adding projects.
